- Organizing For America (OFA) - Piney Creek meets once each month at the Piney Creek Club House, intersection of S Joplin Way and E Orchard Rd in Centennial (2 blocks east of Parker road on Orchard). Join this group of neighbors as we work together to help President Obama realize our mutual goals. This group usually (but not always) meets the first Sunday of each month - same time, same place, unless it is a holiday. Find their updated schedule at www.ofapineycreek.org.
- Arapahope Community Team (ACT) is an "Organizing for America" group in Central Arapahoe County which meets monthly at the Koebel library and has many active groups. Please see their website for meeting updates, legislation information, and much, much more! www.ArapaHope.org
- Dining LIBERAL-ly Centennial meets at Bistro Al Vino every Monday evening from 7-9 p.m. Not connected to any political party, candidate or candidates campaign. Every progressive neighbor welcome!
- Are you in HD39? (Not sure? Click here.) The HD 39 Democrat's meetings are the 2nd Thursday of the month at 7:00 pm at Casa Vallarta, at Parker and Quincy roads in Aurora. If you want on the email list (for monthly notifications), email Laura at lembleton@comcast.net.
- "Arapahoe County Teens for Obama" get national attention!Read about it here! www.TheBarackNation.com - read the blog entry titled "The Inspirational Youth" and watch the video dated 1/10. Know kids who volunteered? If students email njcronk@aol.com and give their contact information, they will be sent an official volunteer certificate. They can also connect with the group on facebook, where they can check out dozens of photos of our kids making a difference.
